Born and raised in the vibrant surroundings of West Yorkshire, UK, Dr. Bhakta's passion for healthcare led him to pursue a degree in medicine at the Hull and York Medical School in the East Yorkshire Region.

Following his graduation in 2012, Dr. Bhakta's professional path led him through extensive hospital training at esteemed institutions like Bradford Royal Infirmary, Calderdale Royal, and Huddersfield Royal Hospitals. Specializing in acute adult and geriatric internal medicine, this phase provided him with a rich and diverse clinical experience.

In 2017, Dr. Bhakta successfully completed the MRCGP (Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners) General Practitioner training program in the West Yorkshire deanery, solidifying his expertise in general practice.

His experience as a GP serving the City of Bradford in West Yorkshire, England, has been incredibly rewarding. The diversity inherent in general practice allows him to draw from various specialties, catering to patients of all ages. This breadth of experience enriches his daily practice and reinforces his commitment to comprehensive healthcare.

Excitingly, Dr. Bhakta is now practicing alongside his wife, Dr.Vithya Indrakumar. Together, they are dedicated to delivering holistic and patient-centred care, fostering a welcoming environment for their community.
